​What we do - As caregivers, we play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for seniors who are not chronically ill, but require some type of supervision and assistance with daily living.  PC Home Health can provide live-in or hourly non medical home care to seniors or disabled individuals who are recovering after a hospital stay or need additional support to remain at home safely and can avoid hospitalization. These services can include short term or long term care assistance and we can assist with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, cleaning the home and preparing meals.

​Our services are also offered to patients in a hospital setting or are in a nursing home facility.

​We carefully screen our staff with an extensive background check as well as diligent reference checks.
