The Best Southwest Partnership is offering twelve (12) $1,000 College Scholarships to qualifying high school seniors residing in the BSWP Region. One student that resides in each of our partner cities; Balch Springs, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Ferris, Glenn Heights, Hutchins, Midlothian, Ovilla, Red Oak and Wilmer will be honored at this event.
